    hi i guess the answer to your question is very obvious. Several times of refusal means rejection. In short that person has to go too.

    Any one can comment or answer please. My question is what if a refugees appeal at the federal court has been denied would that mean the next for that person is deportation? Isn't it the given time for them before they depart is 30 days only or else they would forcibly kicked out of the country...

This refugee was denied already and awaiting for his appeal. Was advice to divorce his legal wife in his country...
