my father is no more. he passed away in 1997 that is before nadra issued the new NIC.but i do have old nic of my father and i am sure its not easy to get Birth certificate with in a week from nadra based on old NIC. also we dont have any B form of my father :s .... i want to ask is it "OK" to...

how's that possible ... my father born in 1951 .. at that time Pakistan was just 4 years old .. and no birth certificate kind of document were exist that time.

actually in my old passport my surname was different ( i applied with the different surname last year).. later i corrected it and this time i have applied with the new passport that has the correct surname. so YES surname is different from the last passport i have applied with.

Hey Guys ! IOM has given me medical appointment of 12th august(because no other dates are available) and my classes are starting from 7th Sept .. so can any1 tell me is it too late? if so .. can i let embassy know that i have previously given a medical on nov 2008 which is still valid...

Thanks for doing extra effort to help me ;) ... i think wht other saying above is also true .. so i guess i should do what CHC wants me to do .. there is no problem in giving the medical again.

now thats a new twist .. i was told by a friend about the same case .. so any body here could suggest some thing ? should i email CHC about this ? or just simply wait for a day or 2 ... btw i think dont haf enough time to waste ... so any body has fast soultion to this problem?

hay guys I think i got the fastest medical reply so far .. drop my application on : 13/july Got my medical : 21/july :) took 7 days only ... :D will take the appointment tomorrow ..
