I applied on 26th of June and its still under process . Anyone who applied in the last week of June got visa ?

Hi all , 1) I applied for TRV ( business visa ) paper based on 27th July to Bangalore CIC . it has been 34 days and still application is under process . 2) Not able to link my application online as well !! I tried using Given name , Family name and DOB .....Did that work for any of you ...
