Regarding NOVA SCOTIA pathway, how can I get a genuine job offer latter from genuine employers in Canada while in UAE. As read, it mostly benefits those in the country. Can't they allow someone come to CA search for a job, or apply to them online and so if qualifies for a certain opportunity...
