Toronto. I believe some people didn't come to this forum to update. Some of early Jan.5 applications (Canada Post) were charged.

I was charged in Jan.30 and my application was delivered in Jan.5 morning by Canada Post. However I don't know the exact delivery time. Canada Post showed the status online "Jan.5 AM Successfully Delivered". I thought some applications (using Canada Post) were accepted ,which arrived before 10:00AM
