thank you for your reply yes they requested canadian police clearence with finger print and all. I did the electronic ones and requested them to be sent to my house because I though that way I can be sure that the report is submitted. P.S - should I be worried if they request my police clearence...

I ran into same problem. HR usually uses their standard template. So if you know your manager, they can provide the above information and refer to the HR letter. This way CIC won't miss the other letter. I hope it make sense
