Yeah,that was the standard.. PCC based on the passport. But I guess,there is an alternative to issue PCC based on temporary address as well. If I can manage to get a PCC based on current resident, should it be suffice? Thank you very much indeed for all supports.

Thanks for the response. But will there be any problem if I can give two PCC for two different addresses- that is one for the permanent address and for the current address as well. Seems to be even more validating.
