Yes ,I did sent medical certificate with the rest of the documents.I did upfront medical for my spouse. In the document checklist provided to me, it was informed that if medical certificate is available you can upload it

Hi @Harshitagupta , Was it for 3 different position in the same company? I also worked for same company for 8 years and got multiple slots based on the roles I provided.I submitted different docs for each position with roles and responsibilities for each, even though they were similar
