    سلام دوستان ما هم بالاخره پاس ریکوست شدیم از ورشو از طرفی من از یک دانشگاه در مونترال پذیرش گرفتم که از win 2013 شروع میشه. سوالم اینه که از اونجایی که کارت پی آر دو ماه پس از لندینگ صادر میشه من چجوری میتونم به عنوان پی ار در دانشگاه ثبت نام کنم

    Dear movahed We have the same problem for many of applicants in iranian forum. Finally we reach the conclusion that maybe the upload their old database containing our previous detail. But anyway I am not sure.

    congradulation nadandfas I know you will receive medical email soon hopefully this week. I think you should check your email rather than mail box ,because Warsaw send medical forms by email.

    Just used the attached document it is valid. Do not waste the time for original one. They wont post it. Talk to your Doctor about that.

    Dear Van100 I just printed the form( colorful print) and Doctor accept that. I thought they wont mail the original by post.
