I applied for visa in august. Got medical futhrance. Cleared medical on 10 oct. I have already paid first semester fees frm my funds 6000 cad. Have loan of 11 lakhs. Resubmmited my docs on 22 oct. Do i have to file according to new procedure of jan intake.
