I received MR yesterday too, dated Sep 20. The funny thing is that, in the morning of Sept 27, the address disappeared from the CIC online status, I was guessing something might be happening, and in the afternoon when I got home, I found the MR letter in my mail box. Cheers.

Buffalo is finally moving on again...after 3 months waiting Full document sent on May 10. Received the new file number through Email today. E-CAS is still CIO eligibility review complete.
