I would like to take a 1 or 2 year study in Human Resources in Canada. can anyone recommend a School for this? Also, is this carreer elegible for a work permit visa after graduation? Thanks

I want to apply for a temporary study visa. But the initial program I selected is for 12 months. If I apply for another course for an additional 12 months, after the 2nd year, can I apply for a 3 year work permit? Or do I have to select a 2 year plan from the begining?

Wich would be the best state or process to go if I would like to request a temporary student visa, and after finishing the study, request the permanent visa. I live in the Dominica Republic.
