Friends, I received my medical on 15th Aug, returned passports on 28th Aug. I did not get any deferral request from CHC as my LOA is valid upto 18th September and semester is commencing from 5th September. I am totally confused right now. Did anybody of asked for deferral by CHC?

In my opinion, priority is 1. Your account 2. Parents / Spouse No uncles and aunts, you can show but the chances are that your visa can be rejected. My cousin's visa was rejected thrice because his sponsor was his uncle (Mother's brother).
