Hi Guys, I have been offered work with the same Employer. They are LMIA exempt. I am applying from NZ and what form would I need to use. The IM 5710 form seems to be if I was still in Canada. Thanks in Advance.

I am due to fly out of NZ tommorow. I worked in Canada last year with a WHP visa. I am working for same employer again and am just waiting for my LMO to get back. The company has had positive LMO's for the last 3 years so it shouldn't be a prob. Can I enter on a tourist visa and wait for my LMO...
