Hi nikka, I am currently working here in Dubai but i chose Manila Visa office. It took us only 5 months to get the visas because I submitted our full docs on 13th January 2010 and our visas were issued 8th June 2010. I will hope this will give you an idea :)

Na issue yung visa namin with my family nung 8th June. Malapit na yan, ako nagsubmit ako ng full docs namin sa Manila Visa Office nung 13th January 2010 and it was very fast. Bakasyon muna sa Pinas for a month then off to toronto sa Sept. I'll keep you posted kung anong mangyayari sa aking...
