I got my packet back. The reason for rejection is Spouse Birth certificate. To get app rejected for such a small reason, after so much of efforts, is a setback. I have kept matriculation certificate, as BC was not available, but it seemed to be of no use.

True.. People talking of corruption in CIC and WES, have mindset of huge corruption happening everywhere in our countries. WES and CIC are very professional, I dont belive there is an iota of corruption at any level. I lived in Canada, and could never see corruption at the common man level.
