My application to NovaScotia has been approved last month while I was in USA. Now I'm back in India permanently. I haven't yet submitted the full package to Buffalo yet. Can I request to change the processing center from Buffalo to India? If yes, please let me know how? Thanks, San Diego

When we submit documents initially to Buffalo, do we need to attach police clearance certificates? My uderstanding is they will again ask for PCC at a later stage, right? thanks, san diego

Yes, you need to first send your application to Sydney, Canada along with the application fee (550 CAD). Once they review your application and approve you to go ahead, then within 4 months you have to submit the application with all supporting documents to Buffalo (if you are in USA).
