Well if he has applied under category 1122 he needs to pray very hard... lets hope he is in the cap... but it seems the normal wait from the time application reaches CIO is minimum 35 days... so he should hear in another 2 weeks time if he made the cap.. Harryy I am still waiting for your reply...

Did anyone whose CC was charged got there file numbers? I want to understand what is the next process as my CC was charged on 11th August but have not heard anything from CIC after that.... How much time do they normally take to issue the file number and does receiving a file number guarantees...

But still the question is are all the applicants on this forum getting their applications back, since no one has yet reported debit of CC or en-cashing of BD. When will we know if we went through? Will they send an email prior to deducting money from the credit card? Still hoping for the...
