Thank you for your quick reply. We weren't told by the doctor's office to mail the receipt, nor does it say anywhere on the receipt that it has to be mailed for confirmation. I think we will send it off even though 45 days duration window has passed now. Did everyone else followed the same?

wes786 - I gather from my spouse that the re-medical report is sent to the embassy by the doctor's office. There isn't anything that had to be mailed by the family member. Can you kindly re-confirm if the doctor's office handed the report to your wife for mailing? Thanks.

Thought I provide my update. Sponsor has received the letter and it took 20 business days to arrive domestically. They are now asking to re-submit police certificate (not medical at this point). Is this normal? I believe they both expire after one year. Whats the reason behind asking for...

I'm in the same boat and continue to do my follow ups. I'm also keeping a track of all my follow up email just in case the letter never arrives and their 45 day time frame expires. This whole process is such a mission.
