koji pwede ko kya try isend ung old form kso humingi uli ako coz i want to apply sna RPN na lng kc if na assess tyo RPN dn ang bagsak. Kaso parehas pla ang form ng RN and RPN. D kya matrace if send ko old then makita nla ung new rates na which i received june 24.
