Hi, When i dialled that number, there was an option in the menu for Immigration services which further leads to tracking of application or to some representative. In my case the representative helped me out. As of now my status on CIC website shows "review Completed".

I check my mails regularly and there was no communication from CIC regarding my case. I just mentioned my duties and details about my work experience in the forms that we send as it was mentioned on their site that we do not need to send any supporting documents initially.
