Ya man !!! i am pretty aggravated myself i just wanna storm in the embassy and/or either confront them to even get a response from them or even do anything right. I abide by all their laws and everything. This is insanity

I am saying is requester i.e the sponsor i.e PR has to sign the GCMS IMM 5563 and the applicant has to sign only the IMM 5475 (not both ) i guess

that's very naive of your husband (sad to say), you in it the same way as he is in this process. He should admire the pain or even try to understand it. Also, you don't work in the embassy or issue the visas and all. Everyone has to go through the same process to be in this part of the world...
