there is a special system in between visa officers, that officer have right to give u some additional points BUT they wait for your official request to use his right other wise they will not use there right. but i think this can be only done at the time of interview only.

rabnawaz bhai, if applicant has AEO then no need to go with 38 cetagories just follow the O,A,B cetagories from NOC.

Thanks najeeb bhai, actually my concern is just to reach canada, i dont care about job is available or not. because without this i m not earning enough points plus i m not in new 38 cetagories thats why its my compulsion.

najeeb bhai if we got AEO in our hand related to our NOC and there is conformation number on it then it is the time that we can pay our consultant? or still we have to wait and see the chc response? because consultant allow us only to verify it from HRSDC and then pay him his amount.(VERIFIABLE...

there is a conformation number on arrange employment openion, thats why its quite easy to verify it before sending it to chc.

from last month the HRSDC made it strict for employers critaria, now they need only big companies to apply not like before when a company of one canadian employee can apply for that. as i said earlier that there are only one or two companies in karachi who are dealing with these matters...

after new changes in previous month the price of A/E is increased too much, which is arround 19000US$. only one or two consultant in karachi is dealing with it genounly ,other wise most of them like "Jouhar" they just make fool.
