I want to know whether I can still apply to Concordia University for MSc Computer Science thesis based or not. What are the deadlines for international students? Also, suggest some other Universities whose deadlines are not passed yet.

I agree with shell2510 and also I think that from pr point of view, a masters graduate is eligible to apply for pr in Ontario without a job offer.

I have applied for MSc Computer Science in mid jan and waiting for the response. My IELTS is 7.5(in one module I got a 6) so even I am in the dilemma whether I would be accepted with this score.
