Thanks for your reply. Did you hear back from CIC yet? Did they ask why you (employer) were the one who submitted the application, and not the primary applicant (caregiver) from overseas?

Hi! I'm planning to hire a relative from overseas as child caregiver for my 2 toddlers. Is it okay if I just ask that relative to send her completed forms and supporting documents to me (in Canada) first so I can review them first then I will be the one to submit to CIC on her behalf? Thanks
