I just called CIC, no update yet, but the agent said that they are still in the process of sending AOR letters. She also said CC charge is usually a good sign....Hopefully I will see the letter soon.- wrwang

Same here, CC charged on Jan 27th but no AOR received. Checked visa account, no refund from CIC either. Anyone else?- wrwang
