Hi friends, could you explain me MAX terms of receiving a positive or negative LMIA for a baker? I've been waiting for three Month, however, haven't received it. I don't know how long I have to wait brfore I'll be allowed to apply for temporary work permit. Would be very pleased for your answers.

Hi there, could you help me? I was contacted by an employer from Langley BC, I am an experienced baker from Ukraine, he is going to hire me. He said me that he is allowed to offer me a job me without LMIA. Is he right? I am not sure about it.
