ALLISWELL please update me with your action plan... Do you think we have chance if we will proceed to federal court of Canada? I have relative in canada, can they file a case in my behalf? would it be easier and cheaper?

got my refusal today.. just can't believe this.. JD not matching?!.. :-\ What's the purpose of their assesment in the early stage of application? Isn't it to check if the JD matches or not?

Just to add to the record, bellow is my ecas status 28th Feb : got DM with RBVO inside.. address disappear few days after : address appear and new line added to the details " A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." ecas...
