How long usually take for CIC to update the line, "medical results have been received" in e-cas? doctor uploaded it on 8th Oct.... worried wheather CIC got it or not...

i'm curious if Ottawa visa office has same day service for ppr. drop off passport and pick up in the afternoon. I read it somewhere in this forum, one guy got copr on the same day....in US though.. hope Ottawa has that service
