Suggestion since youve gotten ur PR. y dont u contact the RN board first and see what they want you to do like maybe permit and then exam consent OR to go for a course or something. Once again the LPN route is just to buy time while preparing for the RN exam.

Hi Mandie, maybe the "60days" starts after the 60days time frame given to submit the docs. If that is the case it is not 60days yet. Whichever way it is going to be well.
