They will ask you to submit new photos because they have no way of knowing the person in the photos you sent is actually you and not a picture of someone else with your details on the form. Did the place that took the photos not stamp and date them?

I believe I've seen both options here. Some people get told to re-send photos, some people get it back to re-send. Cross your fingers and if you only just sent it, hope for someone in a good Christmas spirit! Was there a question here?
