Prepare New complete photos with all formalities and send them immediately to Sydney by courier. Don't forget to mention your application details and attach Nomination certificate, in which they can easily find your identity. Attach a cover letter to explain the situation.

Take 4 of the same photos to the VAC just in case you go through some trouble. Do what the ppr letter says for one photo. I'm saying this because they didn't accept the 2 photos from my brother-in-law when he went to ISL VAC to submit the pp, even though my wife and folks made the photos exactly...

I don't think so. They worse that could have happened is NDVO requesting photos again but you've already submitted extra set of photos also so I believe you are covered.

Better safe than sorry for sure. Our application was returned we were originally March applicants. But they never asked us to fix this form. We forgot to put my husbands name and his DOB on his passport sized photos and my info on the Additional Family members info form.

Relax. You'll be fine, if they need something they'll contact you. I would suggest try calling them and clear it up.

It shouldn't be an issue as you seem to be the only applicant in your application. You can get COPR before July 13. But nobody can be sure about it. It may take up to a couple of weeks longer.
