The ecas cannot even identify me. It says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: ....." Canada post showed cic received my app in the first week of June. Anyone in the same time frame can see his/her app in ecas system?

Totally agree with you. Mine situation is similar to yours, could you PM me if you can log into the system? I try receipt number and card number, and still cannot log into ecas. (I don't want to call them till my date is up.) Dose the location matter? Is GTA slower than other regions?

Can you see any update on ECAS? Or Can you even logon the system? I sent in my renewal 3 months ago with registered mail and still cannot see me in ECAS.

How do you know they have received your renewal paper? Can the online app identify you? The online process app cannot identify me. I hope my paper was not lost in their office (post office showed they received my paper on May 25). I was out no more than 4 weeks in the 5 year time frame.

My exam date was July,30, I'm still waiting for oath letter.
