    "In-process" instead of "Received by visa office"

    IELTS exempted => Anyone ?

    IELTS is must. Even Ph.D. degree holders from Ivy Leauge have been asked to submit score. Written submission is acceptable but you will never get more than "moderate". So if you are commfortable with points, there is no need for IELTS.
