Wilson, what if the visa of a temporary foreign worker already inside Canada was stamped with "Cancelled without prejudice," what does this mean to the worker? Will it affect his work permit? If Wilson is not here, can any experts answer? Thanks.

Question: which of the provinces have moderately easy to apply to as a PNP candidate? Does anyone have info on the requirements of each provinces for PNP?

i think some staff may go on vacation but not everybody will be on leave. of course, you have to consider the holidays in the visa office where they are located and also the holidays in canada. just my thought.

yeah, it's very difficult for Philippine passport holders to come to Canada to visit. very frustrating.
