Make no difference man, either 340 or 400, you need to up your game by a lot to even remotely have an opportunity. Your only hope with the current stage is PnP. But I doubt they will give it to applicant without experience and/or score only 340.

I would suggest improving your IELTS first, otherwise your chance of getting picked is ver low even if you can get in the pool (through PNP maybe)

Hey mate, Not sure if you are asking for FSW point or CRS point. For FSW: Max points = 6 years (points to enter EE pool). For CRS: Max points = 3 years (point to receive ITA). Also, Marketing Manager should be NOC type 0, not type C.
