Based on your story, if you submitted your PC from Qatar while your PR is on process, and then got your PR when you came over so I believed that you don't need one. If you are covered from the new rules of 1095 and then you are PR for the last 3 years yet they need the 4 year coverage...
Question for you
1. Did you received your PR when you come or arrived in Canada?
2. Did you worked in QAtar while you are on PR?
If number 1 says you only got your PR when you came to Canada, they should have asked you about police clearance and submit that certificate before coming to Canada...
I’m not an expert or all knowing but the way I see things if you feel you need one, then request it.
if you think you should require Police clearance (PC) in Qatar do your request the soonest because you may never know if the Citizenship officer will also require you for a finger print here in...
Admin and Friends,
Just want to let you know that my file has been completed today and I think I am somewhere close to number 100 on the thread for list updates. Thanking everyone in this forum for letting us know their time line and processing updates. From my ECAS to share this happy moment...
No. This May looks like you’re demanding or forcing them to something. To whatever be the result/s of your file, it sounds good to me. All you have to do is be patient and wait.
Some of my friends are also waiting for An Oath invitation and they never requested for any atip or gcms.
Based on previous comments here from another forum, some received their Oath thru email and others thru mail. So I assume that if they started contacting you by email, you'll receive updates on email as well.
Your replies is far from the discussion. This is not a dollarstore market, its a Citizenship journey. You may have different story and others have too but there is just only one pathway to take, for sure you know that.... to wait!!!!
RQ or Residence Questionnaires will take awhile but if you have one, you should comply right away. This is a form to submit all the needed requirements.
Just declare all absences on your Physical Presence and you'll be fine. And lastly, be sure that you met the requirement for residence of 1095 (3 years)...
Yes you are Right. They will only respond to Canadian address and not outside Canada. I read it too somewhere but can not locate the reference. If in doubt, check IRCC website
It seems that a lot of applicants is re
No one is wrong. There are cases that mostly AOR will come out after 35 to 45 days but if you have or others received AOR within or less than 60 days that depends on the volume received on that day. We are here to assist each other and no one is wrong...
After AOR, it will be IP in the next few days to a week. From IP to Test INvite, it depends if they need you to submit Finger Print or other documents. Or if nothing is requested then you're on your way to Test Invite.
Good questions... for as long as you declare your Ins and Out in Canada, I mean on your Physical Presence (PP). If you are away or outside Canada, you should have declared it on your PP form.
If you're waiting for AOR, it will be around within the next 35 to 45 days as maximum waiting time and then follows IP that will come in a few days unless your file is complete. Just sharing thoughts
