Depends on when you applied. If it is there from long, then you might have the PP with visa. IT must just lying their

I saw people getting passports in person from NY consulate when I was there. They had visa on their PP's and they were just lying there. You might get the visa as well . All the best and let us know in this chat how it goes tomorrow.

Thanks abhiiparakh. I live in east coast but going through these threads, people recommended LA Is faster then NY. So sent it LA.

Congrats Rita. I sent my PP yesterday and expected to reach LA consulate today before 12 PM. How do you know the timeline .? Did you know anyone who got it in 7 business days from LA consulate .?

When did you apply online and did you get the PP request .? If you have sent the PP to NY or LA you need to check with respective consulate.

I saw people getting the passports in person when I was there and I guess they have submitted passports more than 20 days back. If you can go to NY consulate, I would suggest trying that.
