Hi All, Looking through my GCMS notes, which seem to imply that no one has looked at my file since the 28th FEB 2019 .... the only note seems to be in relation to eligibility review required MI3.... does anyone know what this means? Is there anything I can do?

In the same boat....AOR 6th October 2018, have heard nothing from cic and have seen no changes since a request for biometrics on the 5th November 2018, which I completed on the 6th November 2018. Have tried web form but only get generic responses. Starting to loose faith.
