What mail did you get on 9th of november and what was the adr?

I called them 2 days earlier they said that they don't have any access to my application as it was sent to local visa office. Today background check changed from ip1 to ip2.

My application too has been transfered to cairo office on the 5th of November and today my background check has changed to ip2. What is your current stage ?

yes it seems that my file will be stuck in Sydney, NS because yesterday when I called the agent confirmed that my file is in Canada and hasn't been sent to Cairo for processing.

When did it change to IP2? I am also in IP1 since oct 27 and still waiting for my file to be transferred to cairo visa office to start the BG check.

No you have to eitheir raise a webform or send an e-mail to the local visa office directly. And besides does your background check appear as ‘in progress’ or ‘we are processing’?
