try to contact them as it was mentioned on the site that if your days exceeds from 20 den u can contact dem. but I don't think that you should worry as they have got your documents now they will start process again.

no need for gic if you have education loan. but do show sm balance as you paid juz 1 sem fee other wise without it would also be oka I think.
