Anyone know how long it takes after Medical Results received? I know it's case by case, but just generally speaking. What else should I expect after Medical test?

Hi all, Just wondering is it a good idea to update our status proactively? Because I just graduated in this Aug and continue with a PDF at the same University, do I need to inform Ottawa this change? If so, what documents should I include in my package besides an explanation letter? Thanks
