I can not answer this as such... however, It's not necessarily you get 3rd line after submission .... my eMedical was uploaded on 27th Nov., PCC and confirmation of medical was received by LVO on 8th Dec. ...3rd line update on .... 17th Jan.... it was quite a dealy .... however that was an LVO...

My meds were uploaded on eMedical on 27th Nov. 2014 (and the rest were delivered by mail to LVO on 8th Dec. 2014). Just yesterday got my 3rd line updated on eCAS!!.... So, don't worry.... seems like some times it take hell a lot of time!!!...
