Hello, In our case, Graduation finished before IPCC. But there was an overlap between them like graduation dates are between ipcc start date and end date. I think they consider them seperately as ipcc is not a full time courses.

Any specific reason for sending transcript to iqas/icas and not WES ? People go for iqas/icas only when they want to evaluate masters degree which is evaluated as bachelor by WES because its quite time consuming and complex process with Iqas

If you are regular bcom plus mcom , no need to evaluate CA inter , and for NOC1111 it is written on official website that CA students are considered.
