Can CPC Sydney be the LVO for some of us? As it seems that applications are moving from CIO Sydney to CPC Sydney for some.

I had same situation. A tourist visa was refused. I answered yes to both and as description "tourist visa refused (date) ... (reason). Make sure to give more detail on the refusal in your letter of explanation.

sorry actually I meant I got the ITA a few hours after entering the pool. The thing is that I was expecting a draw that day, so I made sure everything information were well entered before I submitted my profile. You can enter and withdraw from the pool anytime.

I got my ITA before entering the pool and my CRS is 478. I went to see an agent and they wanted me to pay from the time I am in the pool to ITA, which I believe is stealing people money. So I decide to submit application without a rep. And this forum is very helpful

I got an email today saying that my application if being processed at CPC Sydney. I am FSW Outland. AOR 16 Jan. Medical test passed on 6 Feb. NS>IP>NN(not applicable). Do this mean next step would be transfer to LVO? Just trying to understand how they proceed with the application. Anyone please :)

Can someone clarify what's the different between CIO Sydney and CPC Sydney please? Well from what I have read here, i believe your application go to a CIO office first where they checked for completeness. But at which stage would it move to the CPC department? Many thanks in advance :)

No..waiting time too long for quebec!! They seriously need to review their system. I am waiting for some documents to be ready and I will apply through express entry.

Do you know people who have applied outside of Canada and US and who have used a canadian/us correspondence address? If you are right, this would mean that a lot of us have probably obtained our csq, but are not aware. And still waiting!!
