    I am from India, but my mailing address was of a friend in Canada. He received the application package in Vancouver on 6th November and mailed it to me which I received this week. Rejection letter is dated 20th October. I will update the SS.

    NOC 1113 - Its a frozen NOC. Not a single applicant. Maybe, I will try again with another reference letter from my HR manager. Although I had thought I had got a very good reference letter from my HR.

    Complete application was returned with Letter from CIC dated 20th October 2014. Bank Draft has also been returned. My mailing address was of a friend in Canada. He received it on 6th November and sent the whole package to me in India.

    CIC update does not show any applicant yet for 1113. However, we have an applicant for 1113 from NDVO who has received his PER in August. What could this mean?
