    Passport despatch mail received but not approval ...does it means visa is reject

    I even i applied for Study Visa under SPP from mumbai, The VFS has sent it to Bangalore and its still showing your application is under processing.... I applied on 5th Nov and today is 21st Nov. What could be the reason for this delay ?
