Hi I got DM and pre arrival on Nov 22 2019 still waiting for ppr

Hi, We have recieved pre arrival letter on same day as decision made on ECAS but still waiting for PPR any one please let me know is this normal and how long will it take for PPR Aug 19 2019 application recieved. Thanks in advance

Yes I got SA as well but only pending on BR not sure my online account shows we dont need fingerprints at this time and ecas shows no notes about biometrics request too..

Thanks alot.. I am still waiting for my biometrics request I have our medicals finished and passed too so just confirming whether I missed the email if it was just email notification. Thanks

Can you please share how you got notified by ircc for biometrics is it through email to PA or Sponsor /online cic account

Have you checked your spam email and online gc key account

I even have the same issue , we have not recieved email to PA or sponsor even in spam just got notification on online account for medical request

That's why when you cant able to link application you will miss medical request because if you are not principal applicant or authorized representative then you will not get any email about it so, quickly call ircc customer service and ask them whether they have sent it already and check spam...

1-888-242-2100 then choose 2, 1, 1, 0 options to talk to an agent

If your status is in process I suggest you to call CIC toll free and ask representative to check your status and if they give your file number ask them to request cpc to send AOR to you then you will get it to your email I got the same way
