She has an American passport which I paid for two years ago, that's the only photo ID that exists but her mother won't let me see the passport or make a copy of it so I'm stuck. That's why I am not sure what to do if I can submit the forms with just two copies of ID but they aren't photo ID.

How am I supposed to do that if she's not with me and I don't have the Canadian citizenship certificate yet...
