Application received on June 27th, got my credit card charged on August 22nd (though it was posted on Aug 23rd). Hope to receive it here in Canada soon, I am supposed to submit it by September 12th, fingers crossed. Good luck to everyone.

I don't think so. When I did my medicals the doctors gave me a piece of paper that contained my picture and my UMi number (an unique identifier for the eMedical system). Otherwise, I think it may be difficult to track your medical record. But maybe others have a different say. Best.

Yes, I'm originally from Mexico. Thus, I do not need to provide PC from there in my initial application. In the website they say that IRCC will request me the police certificates later in the process. I just submitted a letter of explanation disclosing this.
